Priorities not straight

It amazes me that people who can't manage to pay their bills (and may not even have all of the bills most people do whether because they are on housing, get food stamps, etc.) always manage to get non-essentials like getting their hair done, going out to eat, to movies, cigarettes, alcohol, manicures, tanning...whatever. Pisses me off that we pay all of our bills and don't do/buy things we can't afford while others have no problem expecting to be bailed out because they are irrresponsible. Pisses me off more when they are bailed out by someone who can't afford it, and they don't seem to care. Hopefully I can one day bail out those who DESERVE it! Wish people could grow up and be responsible!!! Just because your debt is not in your name does not mean it isn't YOUR debt! Sometimes I just wanna smack a few people.
