Let's say that there's an unselfish, giving woman who is constantly helping others. But, because of this, people take advantage of her. Then, a couple decides to "save" her and help her out, but it ends up that she's the one who helps them...and after all their putting down of others who've taken advantage of her, they now do it the worst. Do they see that they are no better than the people they've talked so negatively about? Would she have done it to her own mother? Is he proud? Making a mountain out of a molehill and then blowing up the mountain. Time to grow up people. Make wise choices from here on out...or have you become what you've so diligently spoken negatively of for so long? Don't ignore your responsibilities...if it means extra employment...gee, that's what responsible people do...are you ready to be responsible? Are you done being bratty, selfish, immature children?
I have a feeling it will be the unselfish, giving woman who will pay dearly yet once more.
How can you live with yourselves? I'm sure you both make your moms proud. And what a wonderful example to set for your son.
Sometimes you don't need to tell people where to go because they're doing a fine job getting there on their own.

obviously, I don't really know any details of what is going on, but you really need to calm down. The situation won't get any better by fighting, accusing, or belittling. Take a deep breath. What positive actions can be taken to minimize damage and save family relations? Love you!!!!
Only they can minimize the damage at this point, but I don't think they care...well, maybe one of them does, but the other rules the roost, so...the one who deserves to be hurt the least gets hurt the most. Time heals....we'll see...
Very disappointed in someone I use to look up to.
Need to move away from it all...easier to just ignore it from afar.
Stuff like this sucks. It leave people torn and hurt. Hugs to you and your mom. Your mom is the selfless one in the family for sure. Her good heart has led to her being taken advantage of.
I do hope that one will gain the courage to cleanse his/her "temple" and cast out the money changers. We all have those times when we need to cleanse.
It is so frustrating to watch families misuse the trust they are given. It must be VERY frustrating to watch and NOT be able to stop it.
